Panattoni acquires a logistics campus in Ormes (45) from Proudreed France together with a new redevelopment project

Panattoni has acquired a 12-ha logistics campus in Pôle 45, the largest business park in the Loiret region. The complex is situated in Ormes within the Orléans metropolitan area. In line with its development strategy, Panattoni has chosen a geographical location where plots are scarce as well as a site where existing buildings can be redeveloped. Eventually, the 49,000 sqm of old warehouses on the site will be replaced by two environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art logistics centres totalling 60,000 sqm.
