story

How it all started

Panattoni is the European arm of Panattoni Development Company, Inc, which was founded in California in the US in 1986 by Carl Panattoni and is one of the largest privately held, full-service real estate development companies in the world. In subsequent years, the company expanded, initially in the US and Canada, then into the UK and across Europe.

Panattoni welcomes Secretary of State to open NATOs largest drone testing facility in Europe

Panattoni partners with the Ministry of Defence to host a landmark event showcasing the future of UK defence technology. Panattoni welcomed the Secretary of State for Defence, Dan Jarvis MBE MP, to Panattoni Park Swindon on Friday 12 June for the opening of NATO’s largest indoor drone testing facility in Europe.

Panattoni France supports AEW in the development of a new City Dock project in Paris Nord 2

Panattoni announces the development—together with AEW—of an 10,700 sqm project within the strategic Paris Nord 2 business park. The site, formerly home to the Institut de Soudure headquarters, will be transformed into a City Dock by Panattoni, with construction works having started in February 2026.

Renewable energy: Sunrock and Panattoni extend their European collaboration to the French market

Panattoni entrusts Sunrock with the photovoltaic installation for its new logistics site in Ormes, France. Sunrock, a European leader in photovoltaic solutions for logistics real estate, announces the expansion of its partnership in the French market with Panattoni. Following the success of their collaboration in the Dutch and German markets, the two companies are now combining their expertise to develop large-scale solar projects — notably at a first site in Ormes. This project illustrates Panattoni France’s ambitious decarbonisation policy.

Panattoni France acquires a strategic site along the Seine axis and launches construction of a 37,000 sqm logistics platform

Panattoni announces the acquisition of an 11.6-hectare site located in the municipalities of Gaillon and Val d’Hazey, within the Seine-Eure metropolitan area, and the launch of the speculative development of a 37,000 sqm logistics platform designed to accommodate one or several users.
