Panattoni has unveiled its newest development concept for France with the country’s first "City Dock by Panattoni" offering. The concept consists of modern and flexible business parks for companies of all sizes with compact multi-activity spaces designed to serve the local urban community in dense metropolitan areas.

Panattoni has today announced the acquisition of a 15 ha former production and storage site for automobile spare parts in Beauvais (60), which is to be entirely revitalised in its first joint development with ADM, a company that exclusively specialises in the remediation and upgrading of brownfield sites. The large-scale project, located on the edge of the Ile-de-France region, will be carried out according to thorough environmental principles.

Panattoni launches third development in France with €40 mln logistics brownfield speculative project in Beauvais, together with ADM

Panattoni, has started construction of a speculative 45,000 sqm state-of-the-art logistics complex on an old industrial brownfield site in Beauvais, to the north of Paris, together with French property developer ADM. The total investment volume of Panattoni’s third development project in France is around €40 million.
