The 62,000 square metres logistics platform is the largest in the area and is a speculative development, demonstrating Panattoni's confidence in the region's potential and the growing market demand for modern, flexible logistics solutions.
The new Class A building, located in the Parc Logistique de l'Aube and alongside the A5 motorway, has a clear height of 11.40 metres, enabling it to respond more fully to the requirements of market players. This feature, combined with the building's divisibility, makes it an ideal solution for companies looking to maximise their operational efficiency. As a reminder, it is classified SEVESO low threshold and a BREEAM 'Very Good' certification attesting to the commitment to sustainable and environmental practices is targeted.
"The successful handover of this new building marks a significant step in the realisation of our development projects, as we remain committed to offering our customers high-quality buildings in a supportive and welcoming business environment, at the heart of a dynamic employment area with excellent accessibility," comments Salvi Cals, Managing Director of Panattoni France.
The Aube Logistics Park has been awarded the departmental and regional "Reference Park" label and is one of the "Logistics Territories" identified by the French government. It is a secure multimodal park, served by public transport and based at the heart of a large employment area.
Other strengths of the site include its location along the A5 motorway and less than 2 hours from Paris.
The construction of the buildings was entrusted to IDEC.
