European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni has started the construction of its first logistics plateform in France, only a year after its establishment in France. The project, an independent building of 38,600 square meters, is being developed in speculative Its strategic location at the gateway to Greater Paris, in the Parc d'Activités du Pays de Meaux in Villenoy (77), offers a large-scale real estate solution to market players in the eastern part of the Ile-de-France region within a short timeframe.
With this first state-of-the-art logistics facility project, Panattoni is deploying its strategy of networking the French territory. The building, which will have a surface area of 38,600 square meters divisible into 4 cells and an optimized storage height of 11.50 meters, will be certified BREEAM Very Good. The building's authorizations will allow the platform to accommodate a very wide range of activities requiring an ICPE. Delivery is scheduled for the summer of 2023.

The Parc d'Activités du Pays de Meaux is in the municipality of Villenoy, next to the city center of Meaux, and at the intersection of the N3 and A140 highways. The site is well deserved by excellent public transport links and is directly connected to the SNCF train and bus stations.
