“We are currently working on a number of brownfield projects, such as the redevelopment of our Allonne site near Beauvais, and on assets in the process of being acquired. The arrival of these two highly experienced professionals will enable us to strengthen our presence on the ground and accelerate our development strategy across France,” says Salvi Cals, the Managing Director of Panattoni France.

Julien Petit has been appointed Development Director and will be responsible for the sourcing and acquisitions of land opportunities, brownfield sites and redevelopment opportunities for logistics and industrial class-A development throughout France as well as the leasing activity with their eventual users. Julien has almost twenty years of experience in the development and management of real estate projects. He started his career at Artélia, before successively positions at Verdi Ingénierie, Ginko Ingénierie, Sogaris, PRD and JBD Expertise, where at the latter company he held the position of Development Director for four years. He gained a master’s degree in general management and business administration from IAE Aix.

François Bonneville has joined Panattoni as a Project Manager and will bring his construction skills to manage the construction of logistics and industrial development projects across France (build-to-suit and brownfield rehabilitation), from the due diligence phase through to their delivery. François has nineteen years of experience in engineering and the construction of real estate assets. He was previously employed by Vinci, Nexity, Proudreed, Le Petit Forestier and PRD.
