The recruitment of these five individuals forms part of Panattoni’s strategy to strengthen its business team in France in order to successfully carry out its planned real estate development activities.

Grégoire Challe takes on the role of Finance and Real Estate Operation Director, in which role he will be tasked with leading and managing investments, the legal and financial arrangements of the transactions, as well as the relations with and reporting to investors and banks. Grégoire has over twenty years of experience in finance. He began his real estate career at GE Capital Real Estate, where he was employed for ten years in various finance and asset management positions. Later, he joined GIC Real Estate (a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund) and CBRE. He holds a master’s degree in economics and finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Alexandre Deshayes joins the company as Director of Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for the sourcing and acquisitions of site opportunities (land, brownfield sites and buildings to restructure) for logistics and industrial class-A build-to-suit development and building revitalisation throughout France as well as the leasing activity with their eventual users. Alexandre Deshayes has in-depth knowledge of logistics real estate, which he gained in his previous positions at JLL as Transaction Consultant for Global Customers and, most recently, at GLP as Director of Development. Alexandre holds a specialised master’s degree in real estate science from Paris X Nanterre University.

Llorenç Jalle Garrido joins Panattoni France as Project Director. He will bring his experience to this role by taking charge of the full project management of logistics and industrial development projects in France, both build-to-suit and brownfield rehabilitation, from the planning stage to their delivery. Llorenç has over eighteen years of experience in project management from his employment at GSE, ABCD and Segro. Llorenç has a master’s degree in project management in construction and urban planning from the CAATB University of Architecture in Barcelona.

Julia Ikhalaynen joins the team as Office Manager. She will be responsible for the administrative management of the Paris office. She was previously Office Manager at ADIM / Vinci Construction France. Julia holds an executive management MBA from IAE.

Clara Chipon-Hamet has been recruited as an Analyst and will assist the team in their work development projects. Clara has a diploma from ESTP and is pursuing a master's degree in "Real Estate Management" at the University of Paris Dauphine.

“I am so glad to welcome such experienced professionals to work on my team. This is an important and strategic step for Panattoni after the Paris office opening. We are now able to bring together our know-how and focus on our objectives: the creation of a portfolio of projects to provide our customers from the logistics, distribution, industrial and e-commerce sectors with sustainable real estate solutions throughout the territory we will be working in,” declares Salvi Cals, the Managing Director of Panattoni France.
