"Maxcess, one of the global leaders in products and services for automated web handling applications decided to develop its investment in Poland and relocate its main European production site to Łubowo’s emerging economic zone, adding substantial value to the region.  Panattoni BTS was chosen as a developer of this Built-To-Suit investment and builds sew state-of-the-art production site situated in the Economic Zone of Fałkowo, near Poznań.

In 2022, the land in Łubowo / Fałkowo was selected together with Panattoni BTS, laying the groundwork for expansion. The site offers the best conditions for an optimal plant location and long-term manufacturing success. With groundbreaking ceremonies held on October 16^th 2023 onsite with representatives from Panattoni BTS, Maxcess Europe, and local authorities, the company anticipates the finalization of production lines in spring 2024, and official inauguration in June 2024.

Panattoni Europe was appointed to deliver the production facility within specified, very aggressive timeline and budget frames. Construction started at the end of August 2023, with handover on March 1^st 2024.

The new Poland plant represents a significant investment in the future of Maxcess and its commitment to the European region. Equipped with the latest manufacturing technologies and designed with sustainability in mind, the facility will play a crucial role in meeting the growing global demand for Maxcess' products and services. The plant's strategic location near Poznań will enable faster delivery times and improved support for customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
