BTS dla K-FLEX

K-FLEX, a world leader in the production of flexible insulation and acoustic materials, has been cooperating with Panattoni BTS for eight years. During this time, we have become a trusted partner for K-FLEX, delivering more than 100,000 sq m of manufacturing, warehouse and logistics space. In June 2024, we plan to complete the seventh facility of the complex, which will reach an area of 19,900 sqm.

The K-FLEX campus in Uniejów now occupies 25 hectares, previously agricultural land. A major challenge for Panattoni BTS was to concentrate this land and transform it in such a way that warehousing and manufacturing investments could be developed on the site.

The facilities play a key role in serving customers from all over the world - Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA. Its location in Central Poland, about 50 kilometres from Łódź and only a 10-minute drive to the A2 motorway, enables efficient access to major markets in Poland and Europe. In addition, in 2019 the K-FLEX campus was included in the Łódź Special Economic Zone, underlining its importance for the entire province.
