The industrial zone in Hostomice reports full occupancy - the last vacant spaces in the complex will be filled by international logistics companies Maersk, Raben and manufacturing company Exyte. Danish Maersk will take over the use of 14,000 m2 of warehouse space, from where it will distribute batteries for electric vehicles. A further 312 m2 of space will be used as offices and welfare facilities. The Dutch company Raben will occupy a total of 2,500 m2 of leasable space, which it will use for its cross-dock operations. The German company Exyte Technology will use the 6,350 m2 of space to manufacture clean room technology. Panattoni Park Teplice South is another example of successful brownfield revitalisation.Read more
Panattoni to build a modern industrial complex with high added value potential on part of the brownfield site of Poldi Kladno
Panattoni Business Park Kladno will be built on a part of the land of Poldi Kladno, historically famous for steel production and processing. After many years of dilapidation, the brownfield site will be revitalised into an environmentally sustainable industrial park with state-of-the-art technology, provided by industrial builder Panattoni. The new Panattoni Business Park Kladno will consist of two modern halls with a total size of 88,500 sq m. The investment will bring up to 2,000 new jobs and help with the economic transformation of the area. Demolition and rehabilitation works are scheduled to start at the end of this year.Read more

The new tenant at Panattoni Park Týniště is the logistics company Dachser
The logistics complex near Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region has been reinforced by the international logistics service provider Dachser Czech Republic. At the beginning of September, the company took over the use of 8,000 m2 of space with a capacity of up to 14,500 pallet places from Panattoni. Another 312 m2 of space will be used as offices and social facilities. The warehouse has ten loading docks and one direct entrance, which will ensure quick collection and dispatch of goods transported to the warehouse. The new tenant of the hall in Panattoni Park Týniště will be the Czech company Totem Bikes
E-bikes will be produced near Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region. Czech manufacturer Totem Bikes is heading to Panattoni Park Týniště. It will occupy premises with a total size of 9,900 sqm, with 9,300 sqm consisting of a production hall and the remaining 600 sqm of offices. The tenant will start using the warehouse part of the hall in September while production of e-bikes will begin at the end of this year.Read more
The first tenant of the new industrial zone near Nýřany will be Shape Corp.
The industrial zone Panattoni Park Pilsen West II, which is currently under construction, can look forward to its first tenant. The 36,400 sqm of leasable area will be occupied by Shape Corp. Shape Corp. will move into the new hall from Borske Pole (Pilsen) and expand the production of head impact absorbers, which increase the safety of car passengers. Production is scheduled to start in the first half of next year and up to 700 employees will work there in full operation. Jungheinrich expands production capacities to Panattoni Park Chomutov North
The leader of the Czech industrial real estate market, Panattoni, is bringing on of the world's leading suppliers of handling equipment, Jungheinrich, to the Chomutov region. Jungheinrich is expanding its production capacities with a new plant in the Panattoni Park Chomutov North. In particular, the Jungheinrich Group’s production of reach trucks will take place in the roughly 37,000-square metre facility starting in 2023. Construction is due to start in 2022. The project budget is around €60 million. The construction of the new site will be carried out together with a developer Panattoni using the built-to-suit method.Read more
