David Pabiška conquered another year of the Dakar Rally. In the Original by Motul category for unassisted riders he finished in an excellent fourth place

Motorcycle racer David Pabiška has scored a phenomenal success at this year's Dakar Rally. He achieved a remarkable success in the toughest category, Original by Motul for unassisted riders, in which he finished in an excellent 4th place. After 14 stages and a total of 8,500 kilometres in the western part of Saudi Arabia, he finished 36th overall in the most prestigious rally race. The experienced competitor also shone in the RALLY2 Veteran Trophy category, in which he even took first place on the podium. The seasoned driver's main sponsor is Panattoni.

Panattoni becomes general partner of 13-time Dakar participant David Pabiska

Industrial developer Panattoni has become the main sponsor of motorcycle racer David Pabiska for the upcoming 2023 season, supporting the experienced racer who has competed in 13 editions of the legendary Dakar Rally. In the following season, he will ride one of the toughest races in the world under the name of his own SP Moto Bohemia Racing Team in the Original by Motul category for unassisted riders. The racer will be targeting a top 5 finish in his category at the 2023 Dakar Rally.

Panattoni is the most active industrial developer in the Czech Republic in 2022

Industrial space developer Panattoni celebrated 15 years on the Czech market this year with a number of records. It managed to complete 6 industrial halls with a total area of over 243,000 sqm, where over 2,400 new jobs were created. 18 contracts were signed with new clients, which will bring at least another 3,500 jobs. At the same time, the company currently has 11 new halls under construction, occupying a record 545,000 sqm, making Panattoni the most active industrial developer with the largest market share in the Czech Republic. The Amazon fulfillment centre in Kojetín, which stands out for its state-of-the-art technology and significant environmental sustainability, has become the largest completed construction.

Maersk, Raben and Exyte Technology are heading to Hostomice in Teplice. They will fill the last vacant space in Panattoni Park Teplice South

The industrial zone in Hostomice reports full occupancy - the last vacant spaces in the complex will be filled by international logistics companies Maersk, Raben and manufacturing company Exyte. Danish Maersk will take over the use of 14,000 m2 of warehouse space, from where it will distribute batteries for electric vehicles. A further 312 m2 of space will be used as offices and welfare facilities. The Dutch company Raben will occupy a total of 2,500 m2 of leasable space, which it will use for its cross-dock operations. The German company Exyte Technology will use the 6,350 m2 of space to manufacture clean room technology. Panattoni Park Teplice South is another example of successful brownfield revitalisation.

Panattoni to build a modern industrial complex with high added value potential on part of the brownfield site of Poldi Kladno

Panattoni Business Park Kladno will be built on a part of the land of Poldi Kladno, historically famous for steel production and processing. After many years of dilapidation, the brownfield site will be revitalised into an environmentally sustainable industrial park with state-of-the-art technology, provided by industrial builder Panattoni. The new Panattoni Business Park Kladno will consist of two modern halls with a total size of 88,500 sq m. The investment will bring up to 2,000 new jobs and help with the economic transformation of the area. Demolition and rehabilitation works are scheduled to start at the end of this year.

Panattoni completes the most modern fulfillment centre in the Czech Republic for Amazon

Panattoni has handed over a unique fulfillment centre to Amazon. It is the first fully-fledged multi-storey distribution centre in the Czech Republic, which, thanks to its modern equipment and environmentally friendly approach as well as its high energy self-sufficiency, clearly takes over the position of the most modern logistics hall in the country. The value of the building is more than CZK 5 billion.

The new tenant at Panattoni Park Týniště is the logistics company Dachser

The logistics complex near Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region has been reinforced by the international logistics service provider Dachser Czech Republic. At the beginning of September, the company took over the use of 8,000 m2 of space with a capacity of up to 14,500 pallet places from Panattoni. Another 312 m2 of space will be used as offices and social facilities. The warehouse has ten loading docks and one direct entrance, which will ensure quick collection and dispatch of goods transported to the warehouse. By taking over the premises, Dachser fills the last vacant space in the Panattoni Park Týniště industrial park.
