Panattoni Business Park Zdice předání klíče Toyota MHCZ

Toyota Material Handling CZ, a leading supplier of material handling equipment on the Czech market and part of Toyota Industries Corporation, has begun using modern premises in Zdice. In the new premises, it will provide comprehensive material handling solutions, equipment rental, and maintenance services with an emphasis on efficiency. The premises will also serve as the headquarters for the company in the Czech Republic.

Toyota Material Handling CZ (Toyota MHCZ) is one of the leading suppliers of material handling equipment on the Czech market. The company offers a wide range of forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and automated solutions, as well as rental, servicing and consultancy services. Thanks to innovations in electrification and automation, Toyota MHCZ helps its customers to increase productivity and safety of their logistics and manufacturing operations.

The opening of the new hall in Zdice marks a new strategic milestone for Toyota MHCZ. The new premises, which match the pace of our growth and the technical demands of modern operations, bringing together key components of our offering: a warehouse covering almost 12,000 m², a multifunctional demo area, a modern service workshop, and an administrative section that ergonomically and aesthetically reflects our overall care for our customers, partners, and employees. All of these elements come together to meet demanding sustainability, technical, and energy efficiency standards, with a strong focus on safety. The new environment is conceptually designed around the values of the Toyota Production System, which form an integral part of our own operations and the wide range of TOYOTA handling equipment. We firmly believe that the new, modern Toyota MHCZ environment will provide our partners with a higher level of service and create new opportunities for further development in the Czech market, said František Mikeš, Managing Director at Toyota Material Handling CZ.

For Toyota MHCZ, operating in an efficient and sustainable environment is essential. The new 14,000 m² premises are aiming for BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. „Toyota MHCZ's decision to locate its operations and headquarters at Panattoni Business Park Zdice confirms our ability to offer clients tailor-made solutions. We designed the project to meet the highest sustainability and operational flexibility standards. We are delighted that the park is becoming a place where cutting-edge technology meets a responsible approach to the environment,“ said Jan Andrejco, Regional Development Director at Panattoni CZ&SK.

Strategic location and infrastructure

Panattoni Business Park Zdice is located at exit 28 on the D5 motorway, approximately 40 km from Prague, with excellent connections to Plzeň and the Rozvadov border crossing. The park covers an area of over 70,000 m², a significant part of the area consisting of green spaces. The project includes a rainwater retention reservoir, a cycle path and new transport infrastructure designed to minimise the impact on surrounding communities.

I am delighted that we have attracted such a strong tenant as Toyota Material Handling CZ to Panattoni Business Park Zdice. They are a leading supplier of handling equipment in the Czech market. For the town of Zdice, this promises cooperation and support in various areas, such as sports, culture and social issues. What I appreciate most is that this is a company that employs, and will continue to employ, people from the local area. I look forward to our future collaboration,“ said Přemysl Landa, Mayor of Zdice
