Panattoni, has reached another milestone on the Czech market. In developing logistics and industrial infrastructure for its clients, it has exceeded the milestone of 2,000,000 m2 of modern industrial space built. It exceeded the two million mark thanks to the completion of a building in Panattoni Business Park Cheb with a record floor area of 214,000 m2, which it handed over to tenants for use in February 2026.
Panattoni has been operating on the Czech market since 2007. During this time, it has become one of the most active players in the field of Czech industrial development. It has brought foreign investment to the Czech Republic in the form of operations by leading global brands such as Amazon, Tchibo, KION, WITTE, ZF Automotive, Shape Corp., Jungheinrich, Steelcase, and others.

Most significant projects
In addition to the aforementioned building in Panattoni Business Park Cheb with an area of 214,000 m², the most significant projects include facilities for Amazon in Dobrovíz and Kojetín. The robotic distribution center in Kojetín is particularly unique. To minimize land use, the building has four floors with a total area of 187,000 m2, and its rooftop photovoltaic power plant will cover up to two-thirds of the facility's energy consumption.
Another showcase project is Panattoni Business Park Pilsen West II. The industrial zone is home to two leading manufacturing companies, Panasonic and Shape Corp. Panattoni's hall in Ostrov has also provided a place for key employers in the Karlovy Vary region, such as WITTE and ZF Automotive, to do business.
Sustainability first
Panattoni is also a leader in sustainable construction. Its portfolio includes a total of 1,400,000 m2 of buildings certified according to the strict BREEAM New Construction standard. In addition, all new projects aim for the two highest levels of certification, Excellent and Outstanding. The buildings for AUTODOC and Kaufland e-commerce in Panattoni Business Park Cheb South also boast a record-breaking score. At the time of completion, they were the two most sustainable industrial buildings in the world according to the BREEAM New Construction standard.
"Our vision goes even further. At the end of last year, we delivered the first Net Zero building for ZF Automotive, i.e., with zero CO2 emissions during operation and a completely offset carbon footprint from construction," adds Pavel Sovička.
The Panattoni development company can also boast that it has already reclaimed 1,100,000 m² of brownfield sites. One of the largest brownfields in the Czech Republic, covering an area of almost 295,000 m², where the Škoda Ostrov plant used to be located, is now home to the modern Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North industrial zone. Panattoni is also building new industrial parks on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno. The restoration of these sites has a significant contribution to transformation not only from an economic and population perspective, but also from an environmental perspective.
