Panattoni has completed its development in Kielce. The region’s first Class A industrial park has been handed over

Panattoni has handed over the final phase of Panattoni Park Kielce – thereby completing the development of the first Class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The complex, situated on the administrative border of Kielce, comprises four modern buildings with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 sqm, tailored to the needs of companies in the logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.

Panattoni and Eika Asset Management launch joint project in Lesser Poland. Acquisition of a 9-hectare plot and start of construction of over 46,000 sqm in Skawina

Panattoni together with Eika Asset Management, an investment management company, have commenced the development of Panattoni Park Kraków West IV. The facility, spanning over 46,000 sqm, will be built in Skawina, within the Kraków metropolitan area. The first tenant is one of the leaders in wood-based panel sales, which will occupy nearly 17,000 sqm.

Panattoni delivers a bespoke factory for Danfoss. New 22,500 sqm facility in Tuchom

Panattoni BTS has completed the construction of a bespoke BTO factory for Danfoss in Tuchom. The facility, with a floor area of approximately 22,500 sqm, was designed and built in accordance with the client’s production process and internal logistics requirements. The plant will commence production of heat exchangers.

DSV expands its space at Wrocław Campus 2 to 65,000 sqm – Panattoni delivers a further 20,000 sqm res to the global logistics leader

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The world’s largest logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after commencing operations there. Under the new agreement, DSV will occupy over 65,000 sqm of space at the development.

BSH’s new small domestic appliances factory in Rzeszów has commenced production

Rzeszów, 9 June 2026. BSH, the manufacturer of Bosch and Siemens domestic appliances, has relocated production to a new, larger factory in Rudna Wielka, near Rzeszów. The small domestic appliances production facility was built by Panattoni. The total value of this project amounted to almost PLN 600 million. Construction began early last year and was completed on schedule.

Panattoni launches a major development in Bytom: 100,000 sqm for Latex Opony

Panattoni is commencing work on its first development in Bytom. Panattoni Park Bytom will provide over 132,000 sqm of modern industrial space, of which 100,000 sqm has already been let to Latex Opony. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.

Panattoni Park Białystok III is now complete. It is the only Class A space available in the region

Panattoni has handed over its latest development in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Panattoni Park Białystok III is a modern logistics complex covering over 32,000 sqm, located in Choroszcz. Even before construction was completed, the developer secured six tenants. The remaining space – 9,400 sqm – is currently the only Class A warehouse space available in the region.

Panattoni is commencing construction of City Logistics Łódź V – an urban logistics park spanning 42,000 sqm. The brownfield development will be built in the eastern part of the city. PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna has become the first tenant, occupying nearly 15,000 sqm of space.

Panattoni has begun the development of a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be delivered in a BTS (build-to-suit) formula within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space, along with office and social facilities.
