Operations start for a 23,000 sqm BTS factory in Świdnik developed by Panattoni on behalf of a German lighting manufacturer

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for TRILUX, the market leader in professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland. It also marks a major step in the company’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe.

Panattoni has been granted a loan for the development of a new distribution centre for a leading retailer. The EUR 36.5 mln loan was granted by BNP Paribas. The BTS centre is to be built in Szczecin and will comprise an area of over 54,000 sqm.

The first stage of Panattoni Park Tricity East V now fully commercialised – the new tenant is KMC Services

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised. A second building has been planned and eventually the park is to comprise 105,800 sqm.

The new Fortaco factory in Silesia officially opened

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.
