The Maxcess factory is now officially open

Panattoni has completed another built-to-suit (BTS) development. US manufacturer of production line components Maxcess has opened what is now its main European manufacturing plant in Fałkowo. Through investing PLN 60 mln in this project, the company will be able to double its current workforce.

Panattoni Park Goleniów I is now fully commercialised with FIEGE leasing over 16,000 sqm.

Panattoni has signed a lease contract for over 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I with logistics operator FIEGE. With this deal the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialised.

Panattoni launches construction work on Panattoni Park Bieruń I with the first tenant to occupy 13,000 sqm.

Panattoni, the world’s most active industrial real estate developer, has launched construction work on a new centre – Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The project has an area of almost 20,000 sqm and is located near to Silesia’s main transport arteries. Already, the first tenant has been found for the centre – Sport-Shop.pl.

Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space, which not only demonstrates the growth of their businesses but also their commitment to the location.

Wrocław South Logistics Hub expands. A tenant is to take up 180,000 sqm within a development that has a total planned area of 250,000 sqm

Panattoni has reached another milestone in the development of Wrocław South Logistics Hub, its flagship project. As a result of a new contract, one of its current tenants – a leading e-commerce operator – is to increase the size of its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the planned expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm.

Panattoni has EUR 16.5 mln in financing for Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV from BGK

Panattoni has been granted EUR 16.5 mln in financing from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) for the development of its Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV project. Construction work was launched in March on 34,000 sqm of modern warehousing space.
