DSV expands its space at Wrocław Campus 2 to 65,000 sqm – Panattoni delivers a further 20,000 sqm res to the global logistics leader

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The world’s largest logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after commencing operations there. Under the new agreement, DSV will occupy over 65,000 sqm of space at the development.

DSV is one of the key tenants at Wrocław Campus 2 – one of Panattoni’s largest industrial complexes in Lower Silesia. The operator has been operating at the site since February 2026, managing logistics and distribution processes for numerous European markets from there. The new agreement covers 19,800 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 200 sqm of office facilities. The space will be adapted to the specific nature of DSV’s operations and the further development of its business. Operations in the new section of the development are scheduled to commence in the second half of 2026.

In less than three months, we have created a strategic logistics centre here for our client, from which we coordinate the warehousing and distribution of goods to 34 markets across Europe. The appropriate infrastructure, tailored to our requirements, and access to skilled staff were undoubtedly the foundation of this success. At the same time, it is important to highlight the growing role of Lower Silesia within the European logistics system. We believe in the region’s continued potential, which is precisely why we have invested in expanding our space. With the completion of this transaction, we will be managing 36 warehouses in Poland with a total area of 567,000 sqm,” says Piotr Wojtkowski, Commercial Director, DSV – Global Transport and Logistics.

The fact that the decision to increase the space was made just a few months after the launch of the first operations best illustrates the pace of DSV’s business growth and the potential of the Wrocław Campus 2 project. In total, DSV already operates across approximately 160,000 sqm of space in Panattoni’s Wrocław developments,” says Damian Kowalczyk, Managing Director for Romania and the Lower Silesia Region (Poland) at Panattoni.

Construction of Wrocław Campus 2 was completed in May this year – the development has reached its target space of 160,000 sqm. The complex is located approximately 20 km from the centre of Wrocław, within one of Central and Eastern Europe’s key logistics hubs. Its location alongside the S8 expressway and close to the A4 and A8 motorways ensures efficient connections to the most important transport corridors in Poland and Europe. As a result, the park enables effective servicing of both the domestic and international markets, providing an attractive location for companies expanding their operations into Western and Central European markets. In line with Panattoni’s standards, the development will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the ‘Excellent’ level. The facility incorporates solutions designed to enhance energy efficiency, including advanced thermal insulation and smart heating and cooling control systems.

Wrocław remains one of the most active logistics markets in Poland. In the first quarter of 2026, the region recorded 355,000 sqm of total demand, of which 226,000 sqm comprised new leases and expansions. The stock of modern warehouse space in Wrocław reached 5.27 million sqm, placing the region third in the country. Against a backdrop of shrinking stock of space under construction across Poland – which has fallen to 1.4 million sqm, of which over 60 per cent is already secured under pre-let agreements – the ability to expand rapidly within an existing complex is becoming a real competitive advantage.
