Panattoni Netherlands starts development of a distribution centre in South Rotterdam, Ridderkerk

The new distribution centre of approximately 40,000 sqm’s will be realised  on a 6-hectare redevelopment plot at the Ringdijk in Ridderkerk, South Rotterdam.

In the autumn of 2020, work will start by preparing the site located on the Donkersloot business park, close to Ridderhaven and the container transferium. The new and ultra-modern distribution centre is built entirely in line with the  BREEAM Very Good standard. The complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
