Two leases signed at the Panattoni Beauvais–Allonne site (France)

Panattoni has announced the signing of two leases covering a total surface area of 25,000 square metres within its logistics park located in Allonne, within the Beauvais urban area. These new arrivals involve two major players: Evoluderm, a brand of natural cosmetics made in France, and a logistics service provider whose identity will be revealed in early 2026.

The first lease concerns Evoluderm, which is moving into 12,500 square metres divided into two units. The choice of this location is based on the range of Installations Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE) categories required by the brand to strengthen its logistics operations in a modern, sustainable environment that complies with the specific needs of its products.

The second lease covers 12,500 square metres (two units) and will soon host a logistics service provider.

These agreements mark an important milestone for this site, says Salvi Cals, Managing Director of Panattoni France. “Welcoming both an industrial company and a logistics operator-two demanding players-into a project designed as a benchmark for tomorrow’s platforms perfectly illustrates our approach: offering high-performance, energy-efficient environments focused on employee well-being, a key driver of attractiveness for companies today.”

The site features high-quality outdoor areas including a nearly two-hectare century-old, wooded zone, a fitness trail for tenants, a tennis court, and outdoor relaxation areas. For the comfort of employees and residents, hedgerows have been planted and landscaped berms created to reduce disturbances.

The result of a co-development between Panattoni France and ADM on the grounds of a former industrial wasteland, this 45,000-square-metre, seven-unit development embodies a new generation of logistics platforms combining efficiency, environmental excellence, and strong local integration.

Certified BREEAM Excellent and awarded the BiodiverCity® label, it reflects both companies’ commitment to low-carbon logistics real estate, integrated into its surroundings and designed for future uses. The logistics park is also one of the 19 pilot sites of the Afilog charter promoting sustainable logistics.

Panattoni Park Beauvais is in the municipality of Allonne, within the Saint-Mathurin business park (ZAC), at the entrance to the urban area and in immediate proximity to the A16 motorway - an ideal location for serving the Paris region and northern France.
