The unit, one of four flexible modules within the 38,600‑square‑meter building, will be dedicated to the storage and distribution of industrial and construction products. This new site forms part of the partial relocation of the company’s Chatres logistics base, with the aim of strengthening national distribution capabilities.
A building designed for specific logistics flows
The leased unit features a cross‑dock configuration and a clear height of 11.5 meters. A distinctive technical advantage allows trucks to enter directly into the building for side loading and unloading operations, thereby optimizing logistics flows.
A sStrategic location at the gGateway to Greater Paris
Situated close to the N3 and the A140 and A4 motorways, the platform offers excellent connectivity to the Île‑de‑France region. Accessibility for employees is also enhanced by the nearby SNCF train station and Meaux bus terminal.
“We are delighted to welcome Delisle Logistique Solutions to our Meaux site. Its strategic location at the gateway to Greater Paris, combined with the building’s technical specifications, were decisive factors in the tenant’s choice. This site provides the Delisle Group with a logistics facility that is immediately operational, with the potential for rapid expansion as its needs evolve,” said Salvi Cals, Managing Director of Panattoni France.
The transaction was facilitated with the support of CBRE, advisor to both parties.
