Clément et Laurent

A strengthened team to better understand, anticipate, and meet client needs

The arrival of Laurent and Clément marks a new chapter in the structuring of Panattoni France. Their dual expertise—strategic, operational, and hands-on—enables us to be even more responsive and relevant to user expectations and to accelerate our initiatives in both large-scale logistics and industrial projects, as well as our urban developments. They fully embody our ambition to combine real estate excellence with close relationships, says Salvi Cals, Managing Director of Panattoni France.

Laurent Schuster, an expert in industrial and supply chain strategies

Former CEO of Rhenus Logistics France, Laurent Schuster brings over 25 years of experience in logistics, industrial operations, and strategic roles. He joins Panattoni France to help drive the company’s development at both national and European levels. His role spans strengthening relationships with major users, identifying new investment opportunities, and providing operational oversight of projects in close collaboration with technical teams, brokers and partners, and institutional investors. His ability to decode the supply chain strategies of future occupants is a key asset in optimizing the positioning of assets and boosting their appeal.

Clément Prieur, leasing and asset management specialist, key to urban strategy

Clément Prieur will oversee the commercialization of assets under development across the country. With over ten years of experience in corporate real estate - most notably at Proudreed and RATP Travel Retail - he manages projects from delivery onward, including coordination with agents and commercial partners and overseeing leasing negotiations until tenants occupy the buildings. Thanks to his market insight and recognized negotiation skills, he will play a key role in supporting new tenants, especially for Panattoni’s “City Dock” business parks.

With these two appointments, Panattoni France reaffirms its targeted and ambitious recruitment strategy, aiming to build an experienced team capable of addressing the major challenges of the logistics and industrial markets. The objective: to offer users high-performance, flexible, and sustainable spaces that support their growth and competitiveness.
