Since January 15, 2026, Shaoke has been occupying approximately 9,500 square meters within the site. This marks the company’s second location in France. The through-unit warehouse, featuring a clear height of 11.50 meters, will be dedicated to e-commerce operations focused on the storage and distribution of furniture, operated by a team of around 30 employees.
“The arrival of Shaoke, the second tenant welcomed in just three months, confirms the attractiveness of our Meaux site for e-commerce players. This platform was designed to support demanding logistics operations, and we are proud that it now contributes to the development of an international player such as Shaoke,” says Salvi Cals, Managing Director of Panattoni France.
Located at the heart of the Parc d’Activités du Pays de Meaux, the logistics platform benefits from excellent accessibility via the N3 road, the A140 and A4 motorways, as well as convenient access for employees thanks to the nearby SNCF railway station and bus terminal in Meaux, both within close proximity.
The transaction was completed with the support of IMMOLOX, which regularly assists Shaoke with its real estate searches.
