Panattoni, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, is selling Panattoni Park Bremen South to the international property investment manager Savills Investment Management (Savills IM).
Panattoni Park Bremen South, located in Verden, Lower Saxony, Germany, was completed in 2021 and is rented out to BLG Handelslogistik GmbH & Co. KG.
The park, which comprises two independent buildings, is characterised by its excellent north-south and east-west connections via the A27 and A7 federal autobahns. The metropolises of Bremen, Hamburg and Hanover are each under an hour’s drive away.
The total floor space of the property, which is certified according to the DGNB Gold Standard (German Sustainable Building Council), is around 67,000 m², with approx. 59,000 m² of hall space, 3,700 m² of office space and just under 4,000 m² of mezzanine space. The outdoor area has 168 car and 28 lorry parking spaces. Goods are delivered via several ramps and ground-level doors.
“The sale of Panattoni Park Bremen South is a great success and shows that there are attractive opportunities for investments in the logistics property sector. This is supported above all by the continuing high demand in logistics as one of the most dynamic economic sectors for many years and with a high future potential,” says Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner at Panattoni Germany and Austria.
