Our Goal: Climate-neutral logistics property

We view sustainable development holistically. That’s what our “Go Earthwise with Panattoni” stands for. Compliance with and implementation of ESG criteria is one of the focal points. Panattoni established its own task force for the construction of “climate-neutral industrial and logistics properties” and is investing in further environmental and species conservation measures and CO2 emissions reduction measures in new developments. To achieve this goal, we rely on a design and construction method that conserve resources, a low-emission energy supply and comprehensive renaturation measures. As a result, already 85 percent of the projects we have completed are Brownfield developments. We are thus making an important contribution towards combating the effects of climate change by reducing land sealing.

Panattoni is setting new standards

We have set ourselves the ambitious goal of making all of our future project developments climate neutral. Even today, we are taking comprehensive measures to equip our properties for a sustainable future. From modern building materials to Brownfield developments, the conservative use of valuable water resources through to photovoltaic systems, EV charging stations or energy-efficient heating systems like heat pumps and biogas systems, we are continuously reducing the CO2 footprint of our new projects and are setting the standards for the logistics property of the future.

Social responsibility is important to us

We undertake to promote each and every one of our employees, partners and customers and integrate them to the best of our ability. Diversity and respect of the diverse cultures and views is the main focus of our international vision.

Municipalities

When developing our commercial and logistics properties, the municipalities are the central stakeholders and their individual requirements are incorporated into our planning process. We expand transport networks, pavements and bus stops and implement viable traffic control concepts. With our Brownfield projects, we breathe new life into old industrial sites. We rehabilitate contaminated soil and recycle old building materials. As a result, we create new jobs and contribute towards strengthening the local economy.

Well-Being

"Employee health is one of the key elements of modern company management. That is why our projects include numerous well-being offers like grilling areas, table tennis tables, outdoor workout areas, etc. The goal of the standard is to create a pleasant and healthy working environment for employees and continuously increase their well-being. The well-being concept helps our customers find qualified employees and retain them at the company long-term."

Charitable activities

We are proud that we support organisations that advocate for the advancement of the common good. That includes athletics clubs or social facilities. With these contributions, we hope to fulfill our social responsibility and help where help is needed. But we don’t just give back as a company. Many of our employees are very dedicated and spend their free time making life better in a wide variety of areas.
