Panattoni has announced the groundbreaking ceremony for Panattoni Park NH71 in the Delhi metropolitan region. This state-of-the-art, eco-friendly, Grade A logistics park marks Panattoni India’s strategic entry into the Indian logistics real estate market. Last December, the world's most active industrial real estate developer announced the inauguration of this groundbreaking project in India. The new Panattoni Park underscores Panattoni's intention to redefine the warehousing and logistics landscape in the world's most populous country and optimize logistics processes.

Panattoni Park NH71 is strategically located on National Highway 352 (formerly NH71) in the Jhajjar district of Haryana. This bustling area positions the park perfectly within a well-established logistics hub, adjacent to key industrial centers like Luhari and Farrukhnagar. The park itself offers over 32,000 square meters of space and will be developed on a 66,000 square meter site, making it ideal for a variety of industrial and logistics needs.

The park’s specifications and infrastructure meet the highest industry standards. A strong focus on sustainability is emphasized by 100% wastewater recycling and extensive green spaces around the facility. The infrastructure also includes mezzanine office space, comprising 3% of the warehouse area, and a compliant fire protection system.
