40,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Koluszki now fully leased. Construction work starts on the extension of the centre

Panattoni, the world’s most active industrial real estate developer, has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space, which not only demonstrates the growth of their businesses but also their commitment to the location.

Kamoka is a European supplier of vehicle parts, which for over two years has been operating a modern distribution centre from Panattoni Park Koluszki with space for around 30,000 palettes. Now the company is to almost double the size of its space from the 13,400 sqm it currently leases to 26,500 sqm. 

Yet another tenant, Pet Republic, has also decided to expand. The pet food producer runs an automated factory in the Koluszki park as well as a logistics centre with space for around 6,000 palettes. Currently the tenant leases an area of 12,000 sqm, which it is now to expand to 13,700 sqm.

The developer has now begun work to extend the centre. On completion the park will have an area of 40,500 sqm with the new space to be handed over in the first quarter of 2025. “The full commercialisation Panattoni Park Koluszki – a class A development – is a confirmation of the growing business potential of this location” – explains Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson and she adds: “The Central Poland Region is important to logistics operators, distributors and manufacturers due to the crossing of Poland’s main transportation routes. This creates unique opportunities to operate on a national and international scale. Koluszki is an interesting alternative to Łódź – as well as its attractive location in the very centre of the country it also benefits from being within a special economic zone with access to labour, the lack of which can clearly be felt in the country’s main centres of investment.” 

Panattoni Park Koluszki is located at a strategic point in Central Poland with easy access to the A1 and A2 motorways allowing for effective logistics in all directions. The excellent transport infrastructure is supplemented by a nearby railway hub. The centre has undergone BREEAM environmental certification and employs solutions to limit the use of energy and water as well as to improve user well-being.
