Panattoni Park Troyes

Panattoni is offering a new logistics development project located in the urban area of Troyes, in the Aube Logistics Park, less than 2 hours from Paris.

Construction of this state-of-the-art building, with a surface area of 62,200 square meters divisible, started in Q3 2022. The site benefits from direct access to the A5 motorway and access to the A26 motorway (10 minutes away). Its clear height of 11.40 meters will optimize storage space and more broadly meet market demand. This building, classified as SEVESO low-threshold and to be certified BREEAM Very Good, has been delivered end of 2023.

Construction of a second logistics platform, covering an area of ​​49,900 square meters, also classified as SEVESO low-threshold, will be launched during 2023. In total, the logistics campus will represent more than 110,000 square meters.

The Aube Logistics Park is labeled as a departmental and regional "Reference Park" and is part of the "Logistics Territories" identified by the State. It is a secure multimodal park, served by public transportation and located in the heart of a large employment pool.
