Panattoni France is pleased to present its first business park in France, ideally located in Moissy Cramayel. With this development project, Panattoni introduces its concept, "City Dock by Panattoni," offering companies of all sizes modern, high-quality, eco-friendly buildings situated in an urban environment with first-rate infrastructure for designing, manufacturing, and distributing products. This park concept has been designed to meet the operational requirements of urban users while considering the well-being of their employees.

City Dock Moissy will have a total area of 12,000 m² spread across 4 buildings, divisible from 1,000 m². This brownfield revitalization project is characterized by a strong commitment to biodiversity preservation and the environment: BREAAM certification and BiodiverCity label, green roofs, photovoltaic power plant, etc.

The site benefits from excellent accessibility: public transportation, direct access to the A5 motorway, and the N104.
