The Panattoni Park Middle Franconia has been successfully sold to VALUES Real Estate. This was announced by the project developer, Panattoni Germany. The object in the Bavarian city of Wörnitz has been fully let to a global specialist for kitchen and household appliances.
The Panattoni Park Middle Franconia was completed in the spring of 2023 stands out particularly due to its excellent location. It is located directly at the junction of the A6 and A7 federal motorways between Heilbronn and Nuremberg which provides for an ideal connection in every direction. The Wörnitz onramp is only one kilometre away. The company from the “white goods” segment took over the property in March of this year. It is using the new spaces to consolidate its national logistics activities in Middle Franconia.
The park consists of two halls with a total usable surface area of approx. 46,000 square metres. Panattoni places great value on sustainable designs according to the DGNB gold standard. Thus, the two buildings, which stand opposite each other, are positioned to absorb sound and parts of the property are surrounded by a noise protection wall. The property is also equipped for the installation of a photovoltaics system on the roof to make a contribution toward sustainable energy generation.
