Panattoni expands property management: Five new contracts with Cabot Properties

By expanding its property management activities, Panattoni is proving that success doesn’t have to be an excuse for standing still. In the future, the largest logistics property developer in Europe will also take over property management of several Cabot Properties objects. Panattoni sealed this deal by concluded five property management contracts for the Cabot Industrial Value Fund VII.

Panattoni is taking over the commercial and technical management of a total of 43,000 m² of building surface area on a plot measuring around 95,000 m². The properties are located in Bobenheim-Roxheim, Haßfurt, Düren, Viersen and Kitzingen. The contracts have an initial term until 31 December 2024 and extend by one year respectively.

The Cabot Industrial Value Fund VII is the most recent value-add funds from Cabot Properties. As an international private equity property company with a focus on logistics properties, in the past three years, Cabot has developed into a leading investor, developer and operator of distribution properties in the USA, Great Britain, Europe and Australia.

In the property management sector, Panattoni offers complete management of industrial properties in the logistics, light industrial and campus solutions segment. The project developer provides support during ongoing construction projects and existing projects with, among other things, lease agreement negotiations, cost estimates for ancillary costs and everything pertaining to maintenance and servicing. This includes own project developments as well as objects for external partners all over Germany and parts of Austria. Panattoni currently manages a total of 1.2 million m² and this trend is increasing. By the end of the year, the organically growing corporate segment is slated to be expanded to up to 20 staff members.
