The industrial developer Panattoni Europe in cooperation with CBRE is contucting a new logistic hall for the wholesale tires seller TirexTyre near Pavlov in Kladno region. It will be the third building within the recently opened industrial zone Panattoni Park Prague Airport II. The company will store tires for the Czech market inside a hall including 15 000 sqm. TirexTyre will moved to new premises from Modletice by Říčany and get 5 000 sqm more of warehouse area. The commercial real estate company CBRE helped the company with the relocation.
“Our company was the only one, which has been able to offer Tirex Tyre a built-to-own solution , a segment that we have specialized in long term. Locationwise Panattoni Park Prague Airport II offers our clients the immediate vicinity of the Prague Ring Road and the most important hubs of the Czech highway network. I am pleased to have met the requirements of our clients , but also as a developer I naturally look forward to the fact that one of our newest industrial parks is slowly starting to fill up,” said Pavel Sovička, General Director of Panattoni Europe for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
A new hall construction should be finished this year in August. It took only 12 months from the sale of the halls in Modletice to completing and handing over of the new one, which is a very short time compared to similar projects. In addition, Panattoni Europe offered a built-to-own solution, according to client’s requirements.
Panattoni Park Prague Airport II is located near Pavlov in Kladno region not far from the Prague airport and exit 7 of D6 highway to Karlovy Vary. It’s a commercial descendant of Panattoni Park Prague Airport by Dobrovíz, which has been succesfully filled in.
Two buildings are located in the industrial park near Pavlov at present. The first one has been leased for a long time by the logistics company DSV and the second one by Panalpina and Ecommerce. The developer wants to build 6 buildings with a total area of up to 123,000 sqm within an attractive location.
