"I am pleased that we can announce another tenant for the new hall in Panattoni Park Týniště. With this, we have managed to lease all the hall space before the project is finalised. The new tenant, Dachser Czech Republic, will thus benefit from the excellent transport accessibility of the logistics park, especially the connection to Hradec Králové and the nearby D11 motorway," says Pavel Sovička, Panattoni's General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"We are pleased to have found premises in the exposed surroundings of Hradec Králové that meet our high standards," said Jan Pihar, Managing Director of Dachser Czech Republic. "In addition, Týniště nad Orlicí is conveniently located close to our Hradec Králové office and another facility in Letohrad, and we plan to take advantage of these synergies to provide contract logistics services in the future."
The new building also meets high environmental requirements. State-of-the-art warehouse technology will be installed in the hall and the tenant will also use lithium-ion battery handling technology. As in other Dachser branches and sites, the company will use Mikado's own warehouse management system (WMS).
The project also includes space for electric vehicle chargers or the construction of a bike shelter to promote environmentally friendly transport for local employees.
During the construction process, numerous experiences with tailor-made construction according to the client's requirements were also evident. "During the project, the intensive and beneficial cooperation between our company, the client and the main contractor. Thanks to this excellent cooperation, we were able to adjust the layout of the offices and incorporate new requirements within the warehouse space even in the advanced construction phase," adds Pavel Sovička.
Panattoni has been expanding the industrial park in Týniště nad Orlicí since last autumn, when, based on the demand for available space, the company started construction of two halls of 16,300 m2 and 9,900 m2. The tenant of the already completed half of the first hall is the transport and logistics company C.S.CARGO, which has taken over 8,000 m2 and found a suitable location for the expansion of its logistics services. The second hall is occupied by Totem Bikes, a Czech manufacturer of electric bikes, which will start production at the end of this year. Both halls were filled in record time, although the project started before all tenants had signed.
