Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Central Europe, has informed about signing lease contracts at Airport Logistics Park for 22,000 square meters since over the Q2/Q3 2012.
Panattoni Europe is an asset manager of over 56,000 sqm at Airport Logistic Park near Prague International Airport. The developer is also responsible for the commercialization of the logistics center and over the Q2/Q3 2012 has signed lease contracts for more than 22,000 sqm. Namely companies: MARTEK MEDICAL a.s., Nordblanc (Multibrand), Škoda Auto, Partspoint (Brezan).
"ALP is currently 96% leased. Since commencing cooperation with Pramerica Real Estate Investors ("Pramerica") in 2010, when Panattoni became asset manager, we have managed to prolong all existing leases and secured 8 new tenants. Airport Logistic Park also won recently the Tenant's prize - the best logistics park 2012" - comments Klára Fritsch, Corporate Solutions Coordinator of Panattoni Europe who is responsible for ALP project.
Besides the success on the leasing side, Panattoni Europe commenced a BTS (build-to-suit) project for an international automotive supplier. The facility will comprise 10,000 sqm of industrial space.
The new build-to-suit project is located in the Triangle Industrial Zone, approximately 60 km North West of Prague and 30 km from the German border. Construction started in June 2012; and the completion is planned for September 2012.
