The industrial developer Panattoni Europe has confirmed its position on the CEE and SEE market by winning at the Best of the Best – Hall of Fame event in three categories, namely the ´Industrial/Warehouse Lease – Panattoni Park Cheb - Tchibo´, the ´Industrial Warehouse Development & Developer – Panattoni Park Cheb – Panattoni Europe´ and ´Hi, my name is Tony!´ campaign.. The country winners from 2016, have competed against one another for the top prize, ´Hall of Fame Award´ on Central & South Eastern Europe level. This year‘s gala dinner took place at the Marriott Hotel in the heart of Prague. Over 300 real estate professionals attended from 17 countries.

The company Tchibo Prague has introduced in Panattoni Park Cheb, 1st part of the distribution centre, which has started to serve online customers from CEE region and South part of Germany since January 2017. Currently, the total rentable area has reached 39 000 sqm which will be shortly extended to 73 000 sqm after completion of the second phase, which is planned to be delivered in June 2017. The premises will then become the 2nd largest logistics hall ever constructed in the territory of the Czech Republic after the distribution centre of Amazon in Dobrovíz. One of the world´s biggest coffee roasters worldwide and the leader of the e-commerce fashion retail in the Czech Republic will create up to 350 new jobs in Karlovy Vary region.
