Panattoni secures financing for a logistics investment in Tarnowo Podgórne – €31 million from Bank Millennium

Panattoni has secured financing for Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I – a logistics complex located in Tarnowo Podgórne. The €31 million loan was provided by Bank Millennium.

“Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I is situated in one of the most developed and dynamic warehouse markets in Poland. Wielkopolska remains a key region for logistics and manufacturing, offering access to a well-developed road infrastructure and convenient connections to Western European markets. Securing financing from Bank Millennium confirms the investment’s attractiveness and the stable position of modern logistics projects in the market. “We have already delivered nearly 2 million sqm of industrial space in the region alone,” says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I, located in Tarnowo Podgórne, comprises two buildings with a total area of nearly 61,000 sqm. The complex is situated right next to national road No. 92, near the Poznań Tarnowo Podgórne junction, as well as 6 km from the S11 expressway and approximately 20 km from the A2 motorway, providing efficient connections to Berlin, Warsaw and Łódź, among other destinations. The location offers ideal conditions for serving domestic and international distribution routes, particularly along the Poland–Germany axis.

The complex has been designed for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing operations. The 12-metre-high facility offers 126 loading bays and nearly 220 parking spaces, including 80 for lorries.

In line with Panattoni’s standards, the complex has been awarded a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level. The development incorporates solutions to support energy efficiency and reduce water consumption, as well as infrastructure supporting sustainable mobility and a photovoltaic installation.
