Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, announced that it has extended two lease contracts at Panattoni Park Błonie I and II with Alfa Logis, which occupies 10,918 sqm, and Poltraf Sp. z o.o., which leases 7,200 sqm. As a result, the developer's vacancy rate at Błonie is now 0%.
The distribution complexes in the Warsaw region, Panattoni Park Błonie I and II, are appreciated by their existing customers who have extended their lease contracts for a total space in excess of 18,100 sqm. Alfa Logis, specialising in logistics services for the publishing market, is staying at building one in the park - Panattoni Park Błonie I. The customer takes up a total of 10,918 sqm, out of which 10,406 sqm constitutes warehouse space, while offices take up 512 sqm. The other lease contract is with Poltraf Sp. z o.o., logistics operator from the pharmaceutical sector, which leases a total of 7,200 sqm at building two of the park - Panattoni Park Błonie II. The customer occupies 6,800 sqm of warehouse space, as well as office and staff facilities laid out on 400 sqm.
The Błonie area is characterised by the highest percentage of vacancies in this part of Poland, bringing the vacancy rate for the entire Warsaw periphery up to 17.6%. Despite such a difficult situation in this submarket, Panattoni parks in Błonie are fully leased, and the existing customers renew their contracts for successive years.
The park in Błonie is a modern distribution complex comprising two facilities Panattoni Park Błonie I and II, each offering 24,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The park lies in zone 2 of the Warsaw market, some 28 km west of the city centre of Warsaw, on the international expressway E-30 and junction linking the A2 motorway from Berlin to Moscow with the national road no 579.
