Panattoni Europe, leader in industrial real estate, is attracting new tenants to Panattoni Park Szczecin. They are: Svendsen Sport - a supplier of fishing tackle, which will take up close to 8,300 sqm, and a food distributor - Marol, which has leased approx. 3,300 sqm. Lease transactions were mediated by the international advisory firm Colliers International.
Panattoni Europe is expanding the tenant portfolio at Panattoni Park Szczecin. One new addition is Europe's leading supplier of fishing tackle - Svendsen Sport. Its product range includes outboard engines, comprehensive fishing equipment, premium-quality clothing, as well as various accessories well appreciated by the fishing community. In the Szczecin facility, the company will take up a total of 8,300 sqm, of which warehouse space will amount to 8,103 sqm, and office space - 173 sqm. Another new tenant is a food distributor in the Polish market - a multiple award winner, Marol. The company has leased approx. 3,300 sqm - with 3,051 sqm earmarked for the warehouse, and approx. 240 sqm of office space. Both lease transactions were mediated by the international advisory firm Colliers International.
"The transactions with Svendsen Sport and Marol provide more evidence of the interest in warehouse and industrial space leases in the Szczecin area - in the last quarter of last year we announced the contract with Pierce AB. The proximity of this Polish region to Germany and the neighbours to the north, as well as the functional network of modern national roads are advantages that do not go unnoticed by local businesses as well as international players, especially those involved in online sales", commented Robert Dobrzycki, Chief Executive Officer Europe.
Panattoni Park Szczecin is a modern distribution centre planned to total approx. 51,600 sqm in two buildings, with an option to extend. Each building will feature unloading docks, ground-level access entrance gates, spacious service yards and additional parking spaces. In turn, the strategic location of the facility - right next to the Szczecin Dąbie interchange, just 1 km from the A6 motorway leading to Berlin, and close to the S3 expressway, coupled with the immediate vicinity of the Special Economic Zone and the nearby railway station, make for an excellent logistics and production base for tenants.
