Panattoni Park Łódź East with Prime Property Prize of Łódź voivodeship.

Panattoni Europe, industrial property market leader, won the Prime Property Prize Łódź for its Panattoni Park Łódź East. The modern distribution complex received recognition not only for the wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution, but also for its impact on the commercial property market in Łódź voivodeship.

Panattoni Park Łódź East was chosen as the project which has the strongest influence on the situation in the commercial property market in Łódź voivodeship among warehousing and logistics facilities. The award was presented on 27 November during the Regional Property Forum in Łódź. The event was organised by PTWP Group, publisher of the portal Propertynews.pl and initiator of the European Economic Congress in Katowice. The winners of the Prime Property Prize Łódź were selected by the readers of Propertynews.pl and members of the Prize Experts' Forum.

Panattoni Park Łódź is a modern distribution complex, offering a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution. Last January, in response to market demand, the park was extended by approx. 8,000 sqm, leased by the palletised freight distribution network Pall-Ex Polska. The centre currently comprises four buildings totalling 140,300 sqm and at full build-out it will offer nearly 160,000 sqm. The park's excellent location at ul. Zakładowa in the Widzew-Olechów district (in the direct vicinity of the "Łódź Wschód" junction on the A1 motorway) not only keeps attracting new businesses to the region, but also enables the park's employees to use public transportation. The strengths of the Łódź-based park have not gone unnoticed and received recognition from industry specialists in the form of prestigious awards, including the recent title of Industrial Development of the Year in the industry competition CIJ Awards 2013.

Panattoni Europe is currently developing more than 126,500 sqm in Poland and the Czech Republic, including the first facility for Amazon, the 50-thousand-square-metre facility for Castorama Polska, the 33-thousand-square-metre BTS facility for Polaris, or the BTS in Kutno. The developer's own parks are also being extended. Since 2005, that is from the onset of Panattoni's presence in Central Europe, the developer has built more than 1.9 million sqm of modern industrial space.
