Panattoni Income Fund has appointed Olaf Bruns as Managing Director Business Development DACH. Earlier this year, the fund’s team was also strengthened by Piotr Boruc, who took on the role of Head of Finance and Reporting.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate and renewable energy investment, Olaf Bruns brings a proven track record in international business development, fund and portfolio management, investment management, and, most importantly, institutional investor relations.
Prior to joining Panattoni Income Fund, Olaf acted as Managing Director of BRAWO Fund Management, where he was responsible for developing and managing the fund business of BRAWO GROUP and Volksbank BRAWO. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at internationally renowned firms such as GARBE Industrial Real Estate, UBS Global AM, CBRE Global Investors, and Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. He has successfully managed, structured, and set up over €20 billion in assets across various real estate sectors and led transactions totaling more than €6 billion.
In his new role, Olaf will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, as well as structuring and managing transactions in the DACH region. His extensive expertise and strategic vision align perfectly with Panattoni Income Fund’s mission of delivering top-tier investment solutions to its clients.
Piotr Boruc brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, banking, and auditing, including over 17 years specializing in real estate and fund management. Before joining Panattoni Income Fund, he held senior finance roles at firms such as Mapletree, Urban Partners, and NREP, where he played a key role in setting up and managing finance platforms.
As Head of Finance and Reporting, Piotr will oversee the company’s financial functions, ensuring that financial strategies, transparency, and reporting systems align with Panattoni Income Fund’s long-term investment objectives.
The Panattoni Income Fund, domiciled in Luxembourg, is an open-ended, evergreen investment structure recently launched to provide investors with exposure to the pan-European industrial and logistics real estate market – a dynamically growing sector driven by global megatrends.
The fund seeks to generate stable income with capital appreciation for its investors, focusing on acquiring stabilized assets and forward-purchasing pre-let developments that meet the highest sustainability standards. Investments will be made in countries where Panattoni operates, including Central and Eastern Europe (particularly Poland), Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Scandinavia.
The fund is seeded with stabilized, Panattoni-managed assets in Europe.
