Panattoni Europe, leader in the industrial space market, has renewed another lease contract at Panattoni Park Błonie near Warsaw. The tenant is ID Logistics, which will stay at its current premises taking up 4,660 sqm of modern warehouse space. The transaction was mediated by AXI IMMO.
The distribution centre in Błonie near Warsaw is appreciated by yet another customer from the logistics sector - ID Logistics, whose core operations include services for retail, FMCG, Do-It-Yourself and manufacturing. The company has renewed its lease contract of the currently occupied 4,660 sqm in the park's building two. The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm AXI IMMO.
The park in Błonie is a distribution complex comprising two buildings, each offering 24,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, adapted to the needs of customers from various business sectors. The complex generates a lot of interest among tenants. Both facilities are fully leased, with the existing tenants regularly renewing their contracts.
Panattoni Park Błonie lies in zone 2 of the Warsaw market, some 28 km west of the city centre of Warsaw. Due to its location in Central Poland and the proximity of the capital, it is an ideal vantage point for providing logistics services across Warsaw as well as nationwide. The centre is located approximately 600 m north of the national road no 2 Warsaw-Poznań (E30) and near in the Grodzisk junction linking the A2 motorway from Berlin to Moscow with the national road no 579.
