Panattoni, the world's most active industrial real estate developer, has started further construction for BestSecret, a leading European members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion. The company took the already delivered 90,000 sq. m. at Panattoni Park Sulechów III into operations in March. As part of the facility expansion, the new contract involves – building an additional 43,323 sq. m. of warehouse space and 2,632 sq. m. of office space.
The entire Panattoni Park in Sulechów is leased by BestSecret, a members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion that ships goods to its customers in 27 countries across Europe. The execution of this investment was carried out in stages from September 2022 to June this year. Thanks to exceptionally efficient cooperation and continued strong growth of BestSecret, the company decided to rent an additional 43,323 sq. m. The new space will also be delivered in stages - the first part as early as December this year, and the rest at the beginning of next year.
"The construction of Panattoni Park Sulechów III is an example of model cooperation between the client, developer, and local authorities. All stages went smoothly, despite our tight work schedule and the building having been designed to meet specific customer requirements, such as preparation for the use of multi-level racks and the raising of parts of the building," says Aleksandra Kucharek, Development Director at Panattoni. "We are extremely pleased that the expansion of this investment is progressing so quickly, immediately after the completion of the building in June of this year. It primarily demonstrates the growth of our partner's business, but also confirms the enormous potential of modern industrial spaces provided by Panattoni," she adds.
A huge asset of Panattoni Park Sulechów III is its excellent location – near the western border, between the A2 and A4 motorways – providing excellent access both to the west towards Berlin, and to the east towards Poznań, Łódź, and Warsaw. Thanks to the proximity of the S3 expressway, which runs along the western border of Poland, there is also good access to Szczecin and Zielona Góra, and the Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport is located 11 km from the facility. This attractive location favours distribution, both to most regions of Poland and to the Western markets of Europe.
In line with Panattoni's standard, Panattoni Park Sulechów III will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. The investment will meet high standards both in terms of energy efficiency - including comprehensive metering, intelligent lighting - and wellbeing.
