Panattoni Park Moson is a strategically significant logistics development located in Mosonmagyaróvár, in close proximity to the M1 motorway, within the Austrian–Hungarian–Slovak border region. Its prime location ensures fast and direct access to Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, making it an ideal choice for companies engaged in regional and international distribution.

The development consists of two modern logistics buildings offering a combined total of 51,000 square metres of warehouse and logistics space. The buildings are designed to meet the requirements of contemporary logistics operations, featuring flexible internal layouts, efficient loading solutions and high technical specifications, allowing the park to accommodate a wide range of industry needs.

Construction is being delivered in phases, with the first building scheduled for completion in spring 2026, followed by the second building in the third quarter of 2026. The phased handover enables tenants to expand their operations in a well-planned and seamless manner, in line with their business growth strategies.

Tenants

The two buildings are currently leased by FIEGE, a globally recognized logistics and freight forwarding company. The company provides comprehensive warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions.

Sustainable solutions

One of the defining elements of the Panattoni Park Moson development is its strong focus on environmental responsibility, which has been integrated into the project from the design phase onwards. The aim is to create a modern logistics environment that meets international standards and supports tenants’ long-term sustainability objectives. As part of the development, the investor is targeting a BREEAM “Excellent” certification, which comprehensively assesses the environmental performance of the buildings. In addition, the project will include one of Hungary’s first dedicated parking and charging facilities for electric trucks. This solution supports the adoption of alternative-drive vehicles and contributes to reducing emissions in the logistics sector, while also fostering the development of electromobility infrastructure. Panattoni Park Moson’s sustainability-driven approach offers a long-term competitive advantage for companies operating within the park and aligns closely with international logistics and industrial trends.
