As one of Europe's largest developers of modern industrial and logistics properties, Panattoni has established itself in the past year as a heavy player in the Nordics. Early this spring, the company entered the Danish market with Jacob Widahl as managing director. Now a Business Development Manager is also being appointed and his name is Joachim Frank Hansen-Rasmussen.
In connection with Panattoni entering the Danish market in March, Jacob Widahl was appointed as managing director, with the task of building up the Danish organization. First up is Joachim Frank Hansen-Rasmussen, who steps in as business development manager at Panattoni Denmark. Joachim previously worked at Colliers, where he had the chance to work together with Jacob Widahl.
— Joachim and I have had a very good collaboration in the past, something that I value highly as we are a small organization in Denmark, with ambitious goals to achieve, says Jacob Widahl.
— I am thrilled to be a part of the exciting journey with Panattoni Denmark's newly established office. This opportunity combines my passion for the real estate industry and provides an avenue for substantial development. My background in management consulting, particularly in IT and automation, makes me confident that I can bring valuable additional insights to the table that align with Panattoni's vision of delivering exceptional real estate solutions, says Joachim Frank Hansen-Rasmussen.
In Denmark, the demand for modern industrial and logistics properties is high and last year the industry had a turnover of DKK 15 billion, which is a substantial increase from the year before. The record low vacancy rates for logistics properties have driven up prices in areas around Copenhagen and along the E45 and E20 routes. In accordance, Panattoni Denmark has set up ambitious goals to become the best developer in the field of speculative logistics and the first choice as a BTS partner.
— There are many areas of special interest for Panattoni to explore, such as near the TENT-T motorways and the larger cities of Odense, Aalborg, Herning and Hillerød. Something thar we are well positioned to do with the addition of Joachim to the team, says Jacob Widahl.
