Panattoni hires Capital Markets Director

Panattoni has been present in the European market for 16 years and is, with approximately 7 million developed square meters and EUR 6 billion in invested capital per year, Europe's largest developer of logistics and industrial properties. Panattoni offers investment opportunities in these attractive, modern and sustainability certified buildings. An investment segment that is performing better than many others, where there is a great willingness to invest and is considered to have strong potential also in the long term. Christoffer Danielsson will be the new hub for Panattoni´s offering in the Nordic market and will work in close cooperation with the company's European network for cross-border investments.

Christoffer Danielsson comes most recently from the Norwegian investment bank Arctic Securities, where he was responsible for investments in companies within Green Tech and the real estate sector.

His solid network of contacts will be an important factor in the continued work to create collaborations with more investors in Panattoni's Nordic real estate projects.

Panattoni's capital market offering is flexible with several possible investment strategies adaptable to the broad spectrum of local and international investors, such as global pension funds and insurance companies as well as private equity who want to invest in the Nordic region but also Nordic investors who are interested in Panattoni´s projects throughout Europe.

Christoffer will take up his position at Panattoni in June.
