A total of three plots are available for project development. Plots between just under 41,770 m² and 166,860 m² allow for the potential implementation of three different usage concepts:

Large settlements: Large-scale projects such as logistics hubs offer considerable cost benefits.The construction costs per square meter decrease due to economies of scale, and the central location improves the connection to transport routes, which shortens delivery times.Resources such as personnel and energy are also used efficiently, which has a positive effect on operating costs (location option 3).

Location and infrastructure

Falkenhagen is strategically located in the north-west of Brandenburg, not far from the town of Pritzwalk. Thanks to its central location, the site offers excellent connections to important metropolitan regions such as Berlin and Hamburg, making it ideal for market connections and accessibility.

The transport infrastructure is excellent: the connection to the B103 federal highway and the A24 freeway enables fast and efficient logistics, while the Pritzwalk train station offers direct train connections to important business locations. The region has well-developed commercial and industrial areas that can be adapted to the specific requirements of logistics and industrial companies.
