Optimal centrality and logistics infrastructure, in addition to good connections to the public transport network, are just two of the favorable factors from which this new Panattoni Park benefits. Three logistics halls are being built on an area of 167,680 m², which have a total building area of 70,280 m² spread over 13 units. The planned completion will take place in three phases.

Phase 1: around 9,200 m² of warehouse space - completion: Available now
Phase 2 (big warehouse): around 35,800 m² of warehouse space - completion: Mid-2026
Phase 2 (small warehouse): around 14,300 m² of warehouse space - completion: Mid-2026
