The new Panattoni Park Altdorf bei Nürenberg is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Altdorf freeway junction, the intersection of the A3 and A6, and is only 30 km from Nürnenberg city center. With a warehouse area of around 25,000 m², 2,200 m² for offices and 2,100 m² mezzanine, the building offers space for up to 160 workstations in 3-shift operation. Future tenants can design the units individually according to their wishes. The different sized warehouse units make the site suitable for various user groups - from technology-oriented companies and tenants from the research and development sector to warehouse and transport logistics.
