City Park Ahrensburg - Industrial space for the Hamburg metropolitan region

On the approximately 139,000 m² site of the former Prinovis printing plant, we are developing City Park Ahrensburg, a future-oriented industrial area. The three planned halls offer a total of around 51,300 m² of hall space, 4,180 m² of office and front buildings and 500 m² of warehouse space. In a convenient location on the A1, flexible spaces from 3,300 m² are being created here - tailored to companies from the production, light industrial and technology-related start-up sectors.

Günstige Lage mit guter Anbindung – Ahrensburg als logistischer Knotenpunkt

The City Park is located in the Ahrensburg business park, directly on the A1 highway - one of the most important north-south axes in Germany. The metropolis of Hamburg can be reached in around 25 minutes by car, as can the port and the national highway network. The proximity to the Ahrensburg Gartenholz train station (within walking distance) also ensures good public transport connections. The location therefore offers optimal accessibility for employees.

Sustainability meets location quality

The project is being developed in close cooperation with the town of Ahrensburg and is pursuing a sustainable construction concept. Plans include a photovoltaic system with around 7 MWp on a roof area of 73,000 m², a fossil-free heat pump, green roofs covering around 3,200 m² and a large number of e-charging stations. The project is being implemented in accordance with the DGNB Gold criteria. In addition, a new public cycle and footpath will be created to Ahrensburg Gartenholz station.

Modern infrastructure with sophisticated solutions

With 370 car parking spaces, 14 truck parking spaces and barrier-free parking areas, the comfort of the employees is also taken into account. One of the halls will be fitted with a special water protection film for storing sensitive goods. Completion of City Park Ahrensburg is scheduled for the beginning of 2027.
