The modern City Dock Cologne East business park and Panattoni Park Cologne East are being combined to form the Panattoni Campus Cologne East on a total area of 69,400 sqm. By Q4 2026, a mix of small-scale and large-scale commercial units will be created on the former brownfield site to meet a diverse range of user requirements.

City Dock Cologne East and Panattoni Park Cologne East are being built on the site of a former chocolate factory. The business park based on the City Dock concept is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.

City Dock Cologne East

The usable areas of 946 m² to 10,378 m² offer space for a wide range of requirements and the modularly expandable units adapt dynamically to the company's needs. The facility is divided into a total of 10 units.

The modern City Dock commercial spaces offer space for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups and online retailers. The space in Cologne East can be flexibly designed and modularly expanded, making it available to a wide range of sectors from trade, commerce, production and logistics.

Infrastructure and connections

The location is characterized in particular by its proximity to Cologne-Bonn Airport and the center of Cologne. There are public transport stops in the immediate vicinity of the Panattoni Campus, including the S-Bahn stop "Berliner Straße". There is also a direct connection to the A4 (approx. 4 minutes travel time).
