BTS Stapelwerk Hamburg

The plot is located in the Hamburg district of Rahlstedt, on the northern edge of Hamburg near the highway A1 and border to Schleswig-Holstein. The property is part of the stapelWERK campus, which offers space for offices and production facilities (GE type of use) across several buildings.

Two sections of the whole plot offer a total of approx. 20,267 sqm of development potential to realize approx. 10,155 sqm warehouse space according to individual requirements.  The initial plan forsees a single-tenant use, but it would also be possible to divide the hall into two units.

The functional warehouse areas offer potential for a wide range of uses: from production and light industrial to classic logistics. With regard to the clear internal height and floor load-bearing capacity as well as other equipment requirements, we are happy to fullfill the respective customer requirements. The same applies to the office and social areas, as well as the mezzanine space, which can be designed according to customer requirements.

The site offers sufficient space for the realization of truck and car parking spaces and can be reached via the access road to the Campus stapelWERK. Furthermore, special attention is being paid to sustainability in this new building.
