Panattoni has developed a sustainable build-to-suit property in Neuruppin, Brandenburg, for the Fressnapf Group, Europe's leading specialist retail chain for pet supplies. The eighth Fressnapf logistics location in Europe will open up new trade routes to Northern Europe and Poland for the company in future.
The Fressnapf Group benefits from the strategically favorable location of the ultra-modern facility in Neuruppin with direct access to the highway and rail network. This also benefits local residents - as does the creation of almost 150 new jobs in the region.
The ceremonial handover of the 47,500 m² build-to-suit (BTS) property in Brandenburg took place on August 18, 2023 in the presence of the Mayor of Neuruppin, Nico Ruhle, the District Administrator of the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district, Ralf Reinhardt, the Managing Director of the Fressnapf Group, Christian Kümmel, the Managing Director of Panattoni Germany, Daniel Oetjen, and other representatives of Fressnapf and Panattoni.
Fressnapf benefits from its strategically favorable location for supplying over 400 stores in northern and eastern Germany as well as throughout Poland and Scandinavia.
