Mlada Boleslav is home to Škoda Auto company. With its R&D and production centers here this location is the heart of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic. Being one of the fastest growing car producing corporations in Europe, Škoda Auto requires new sites for expansion of their own production facilities and for their suppliers. Panattoni Park Mlada Boleslav is being created as a response to this increasing need. The Park is situated within the existing industrial area directly on the R10 highway to Prague and only 5 kilometers away from the main gate of the car factory.
The Park offers almost 22,000 m² of class A industrial area. The project will include one building, which can also be divided into smaller compartments to meet customer's individual needs.
The strategic position right next to the Škoda Auto headquarters makes this location an extraordinary place for realization of automotive manufacturing projects and the follow-up logistics. Panattoni Park Mlada Boleslav lies right beside the R10 highway allowing fast connection to the capital and relating European highway network. Furthermore the connection to TPCA automobile factory in Kolin with Road 38 and to the South Eastern industrial region of Germany by the Road 16 to Melnik makes the Park an ideal strategic location with excellent transport connection.
Mlada Boleslav lies on a railway crossroad which makes it easily accessible from Prague, Germany (through Dresden and Melnik) and also other industrial regions of Ostrava and Brno (through Kolin). There is also a local railway connecting the border areas of Poland (Jelenia Gora) with the Czech region of Liberec.
The new Panattoni project is a follow-up to the existing Industry Park Bezdecin of the Uno Group company which comprises 45,000 m² of A class area. Uno group cooperates with clients such as Johnson Controls, Trelleborg or ProSeat and currently offers 16,000 m² of industrial space. Together With Uno Group we are able to cover demands from 1,500 m².
