Panattoni Business Park Bratislava North Achieves 100% Occupancy in the Second Phase of Development

Panattoni, the largest developer of logistics properties in Europe, has reached a major milestone in the second phase of the Panattoni Business Park Bratislava North project in Plavecký Štvrtok – the park has achieved 100% occupancy.

In the industrial park located by the Class I road to Malacky, in close proximity to the D2 motorway, companies from the automotive industry, logistics, and the furniture-component manufacturing and furniture industries operate.

 “Full occupancy of all three buildings currently standing in the park confirms that the project is set up correctly and meets the requirements of major international companies. We are now focusing on preparing the next phase of development so that we can respond to the continuing demand from tenants for new, modern space,” says Marián Fridrich, Development Director at Panattoni Slovakia.

 Tenant Interest Continues: Panattoni Plans an Additional 45,000 m² of Modern Space

 Following the successful leasing of completed buildings with a total rentable area of 42,800 m², Panattoni is preparing further expansion of the project. The next stage, planned on a land area of more than 108,000 m², will enable build-to-suit solutions tailored to the needs of future tenants, offering 45,300 m² of rentable space. Once the entire development is completed, the total rentable area in the industrial park will increase to nearly 90,000 m².

 “Interest from investors and tenants confirms that western Slovakia is an established and strategic location. The D2 motorway, next to which our park is situated, is a major logistics artery providing direct connections to the Czech, Austrian, and Hungarian markets. Thanks to its proximity to Bratislava and excellent integration into the motorway network, we expect strong tenant demand to continue in the future,” adds Jakub Volner, Business Development Director at Panattoni Slovakia.
